APPRENTICE PROGRAM ONLY;WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

 What does that mean?  The program consists of 50% theory (book) hours and 50% (practical's)hours apprenticing with a 10-year tenured State of Tennessee licensed manicurist/Cosmetologist/ Esthetician.  After the learner has finished theory they must register with PSI to take their theory board exams.  Once the learner passes the board exams he/she will complete the final 50% hours of practical (hands on) learning with their apprentice. Once they have finished the remaining hours the learner must register again with PSI to take their practical board exams. All state board tests must be passed with a score of 70 or above. Be aware that some states do not allow reciprocity of Apprenticeship Licenses and this program is not eligible for synchronous distance learning.
